FROM THE SAN FERNANDO VALLEY: 

Take the 134 East freeway which becomes the 210 East.  Exit Lake Ave. and turn left on Lake.  Continue north five blocks to Bell.  Turn right on Bell and immediately left into the parking lot.  Hamptons Health is at the far right side of the building.  There are two designated parking spaces directly in front of the office and more parking available on the street.  Be sure to observe the designations.

FROM ARCADIA:

Take the 210 freeway to the Lake Ave. exit.  Turn right and continue north for five blocks to Bell.  Turn right on Bell and immediately left into the parking lot.  Hamptons Health is at the far right side of the building.  There are two designated parking spaces directly in front of the office and more parking available on the street.  Be sure to observe the designations.
